"Poland will always stand on the side of Ukraine. We are proud that we can support our neighbor in this difficult period," the minister stated.
Sikorski added that Poland does not recognize the illegal annexation of Crimea and will continue to advocate for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
He also emphasized the necessity to recognize Ukraine's role in Europe and also support its aspirations for membership in the European Union.
