He also emphasized the need for reforming European institutions so that they become more effective and flexible. "We observe that in recent years the world around us is changing rapidly, and we need to prepare for a new reality; otherwise, we risk falling into secondary positions," Tusk said. Furthermore, the head of government expressed hope that the countries of the European Union can find common understanding and act together in the increasingly complex situation.
